Zane Encinas Wins SWSDI

Congratulations to Corona del sol High School's Zane Encinas for winning Southwest Speech and Debate Institute Tournament. In finals, Zane defeated Basis Flagstaff's FD on a 3-0 decision (Chotalla, Pinto, Spiller).
