VBI 2021 Camp Topics Announced

The topics that will be used in Lincoln-Douglas and Public Forum debate at VBI 2021 have been finalized for all locations.

Lincoln-Douglas

• VBI Philadelphia (June 26 – July 9): Resolved: The appropriation of outer space by private entities is unjust.

• VBI Online (July 11 – July 30): The appropriation of outer space by private entities is unjust.

• VBI Los Angeles (Aug 1 – Aug 14) will use the official 2021 September/October topic.

Public Forum

• VBI Philadelphia (June 26 – July 9): Resolved: The North Atlantic Treaty Organization should substantially increase its defense commitments to the Baltic states.*

• VBI Online (July 11 – July 30): Resolved: The North Atlantic Treaty Organization should substantially increase its defense commitments to the Baltic states.*

• VBI Los Angeles (Aug 1 – Aug 14) will use the official 2021 September/October topic.
