The topics that will be used in Public-Forum debate at VBI 2017 have been finalized for all locations.
VBI Philadelphia (July 1 – July 14): Resolved: Deployment of anti-missile systems is in South Korea’s best interest.
VBI Los Angeles Session 1 (July 16 – Aug 5): Resolved: Deployment of anti-missile systems is in South Korea’s best interest.
VBI Los Angeles Session 2 (Aug 6 – Aug 19) will use the official 2017 September topic.
