Rex Evans Wins Harvard-Westlake
Congratulations to Santa Monica's Rex Evans for winning the 2019 Harvard-Westlake Debates. In finals, Rex defeated Greenhill's Anna Myers on a 3-0 decision (Phillips, Pandey, Stidham).
