Ishan Bhatt Wins the TOC

Congratulations to St. Andrew's Episcopal School's Ishan Bhatt for winning the 2019 Tournament of Champions. In finals, Ishan defeated Harvard-Westlake's Jaya Nayar on a 2-1 decision (Gorthey, Murphy, Castillo*). Congratulations to Ishan for also being top speaker.
