Frances Zhuang Wins UPS

Congratulations to Palo Alto's Frances Zhuang for winning the 2017 Puget Sound High School Tournament. In lieu of finals, Frances was declared the champion by seeding over Brentwood's Kiley McKay. Congratulations to Brentwood's Eve Levenson for being top speaker.
