Andrew Garber Wins the Penn RR

Congratulations to Cambridge Rindge & Latin's Andrew Garber for winning the 2018 UPenn LD Round Robin! In finals, Andrew defeated Hunter College's Michael Ning on a 3-0 decision (Saxena, Quiroz, Zhou). Congratulations to Dallastown's Nevin Gara for being top speaker!
