Demo: Kuang vs. Tartakovsky

LOS ANGELES, Cali.—Victory Briefs 2012--- Session One campers were treated to a face-off between two of the most accomplished rising seniors of the last year.  TOC octafinalists, Greenhill's Rebecca Kuang and Palos Verdes Peninsula's Daniel Tartakovsky, engaged in a spirited and educational debate on the topic: the United States ought to guarantee universal health care for its citizens. The resolution was the camp topic for session one as well.

Karlyn Gorski, Diana Li, Peter van Elswyk, Ryan Lawrence, and Dylan Scher adjudicated the round.  The decision was a 3-2 for the negative, Daniel Tartakovsky.  Diana Li and Peter van Elswyk dissented.
